As part of the National Strategy for the Development of Very High Speed Broadband, the Ministry of Information and Communication Technologies and the Digital Economy makes available to the various stakeholders in the field of subdivisions and real estate the following very high speed technical terms of reference (THD):

1. Specifications relating to studies of FTTH access networks.
2. Booklet of General Technical Clauses relating to the cabling works of the FTTH access networks
3. Booklet of General Technical Clauses relating to building wiring works for FTTH access networks.
4. Cahier of the general technical clauses relating to the civil works for FTTH access networks.
5. Common Annexes of the Very High Speed Access Network (FTTH technology)

The purpose of these specifications is to harmonize the technical conditions relating to the deployment of optical fiber in Tunisia (usable infrastructure), to standardize the studies and the achievements of the telecommunications projects and to put the appropriate conditions to facilitate to the stakeholders their tasks

• Rules for setting up fiber optic networks,
• Technical specifications of the various components of the optical infrastructure,
• Rules for implementation, commissioning and technical acceptance
