This project is part of the modernization and improvement of the quality of intra- and inter-administration mail exchanges.

Implement A data exchange platform that promotes the exchange of data in a reliable and non-binding way for the information systems already in place (also respecting the strategic choices validated by the Strategic Council of the digital economy in particular the adoption of the Estonian European Interoperability Model (X-Road)
Capitalize on existing data centers (sectoral and at CNI level) in order to create a common virtualized infrastructure, allowing to offer, to all administrative structures, industrialized services (with a good level of availability and ensuring continuity of service).
The provision of such services requires a technological upgrade (at the level of architectures and infrastructures) and organizational level.
Allow electronic payment of state orders
Encourage the electronic payment of orders from the state and make the process more fluid, reduce delays and allow transparency of the process
Establish an adequate legal framework for electronic invoicing Recognition of Electronic Invoice
Perimeter can integrate both orders contracted on Tuneps and other orders in the state
This project aims to automate services used by a large population of citizens, services that are easy to implement and do not require heavy devices and that streamline electronic services between the administration and citizens and businesses.
The unique identifier is a support allowing to attribute to each citizen a unique electronic ID from its birth and to authenticate the citizen for the delivery of all the services of the State and to integrate the electronic signature
This project consists of the functional and technological review of major state applications including INSAF (State Agents Payroll), MADANIA (Civil Status Management) in order to modernize and enrich them functionally in order to better administrative management efficiency and more orientation towards the citizen and the company while taking into account the requirements of Opengov.
The modernization pilot project will be done for the INSAF application that allows the management of the pay of civil servants
